Sold a kids clothes of Jules Cheret – La Loie Fuller
Poster featuring Loïe Fuller at the Folies Bergères by Jules Chéret.
Loie Fuller (January 15, 1862 – January 1, 1928) was a pioneer of both modern dance and theatrical lighting techniques. Fuller began her theatrical career as a professional child actress and later choreographed and performed dances in burlesque (as a skirt dancer), vaudeville, and circus shows. An early free dance practitioner, Fuller developed her own natural movement and improvisation techniques. Fuller combined her choreography with silk costumes illuminated by multi-coloured lighting of her own design.

Lips That Touch Liquor Must Never Touch Mine — the slogan of the Anti-Saloon League of the US temperance movement. A political statement with a very amusing image of ten women supporters of the Anti-Saloon League: the leading organization lobbying for prohibition in the United States in the early 20th century. Great college humor and a great gift for alcohol drinkers of all ages!
Assorted, funny greeting cards for any occasion or event for family, friends or business clients.
This picture is a still taken from a Movie made in the 1890′s by Thomas Edison in his New Jersey studio called the Black Maria – the world’s first movie production studio. The first films shot at the Black Maria, a tar-paper-covered, dark studio room with a retractable roof, included segments of magic shows, plays, vaudeville performances (with dancers and strongmen), acts from Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, various boxing matches and cockfights, and scantily-clad women. So here we have a very early example of the media manipulating an image for their own ends!

Sold a sticker of Gay Ghost
LGBT is an initialism that collectively refers to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. In use since the 1990s, the term LGBT is an adaptation of the initialism LGB, which itself started replacing the phrase gay community beginning in the mid-to-late 1980s, which many within the community in question felt did not accurately represent all those to whom it referred. The initialism has become mainstream as a self-designation and has been adopted by the majority of sexuality and gender identity-based community centers and media in the United States and some other English-speaking countries.

Sold 2 stickers of Red Hibiscus
Hibiscus is a genus of flowering plants in the mallow family, Malvaceae. It is quite large, containing several hundred species that are native to warm-temperate, subtropical and tropical regions throughout the world. Member species are often noted for their showy flowers and are commonly known simply as hibiscus, or less widely known as rose mallow. The genus includes both annual and perennial herbaceous plants, as well as woody shrubs and small trees. The generic name is derived from the Greek word ἱβίσκος (hibískos), which was the name Pedanius Dioscorides (ca. 40–90) gave to Althaea officinalis.

Sold a t-shirt of Keep Calm And Use A Safeword
A safeword is a code word or series of code words that are sometimes used in BDSM for a submissive (or “bottom”) to unambiguously communicate their physical or emotional state to a dominant (or “top”), typically when approaching, or crossing, a physical, emotional, or moral boundary. Some safewords are used to stop the scene outright, while others can communicate a willingness to continue, but at a reduced level of intensity. Safewords are usually agreed upon before playing a scene by all participants, and many organized BDSM groups have standard safewords that all members agree to use to avoid confusion at organized play events.

The Time Warp is a song featured in the 1973 rock musical The Rocky Horror Show and in the 1975 film adaption The Rocky Horror Picture Show, as well as a dance performed during the chorus of the song of the same name. The song is both an example and a parody of the dance song genre in which much of the content of the song is given over to dance step instructions. The dance is one of the major audience-participation activities during screenings of the film and performances of the show.

Sold 1 t-shirt of Muge’s Pigeons in Blue

Pigeons are stout-bodied birds with short necks, and have short, slender bills with fleshy ceres. In general, the terms “dove” and “pigeon” are used somewhat interchangeably. Tumbler pigeons are varieties of domesticated pigeons descendant from the Rock Dove that have been selected for their ability to tumble or roll over backwards in flight.

Sold 4 greeting cards of Le Chat Noel

you know about Le Chat Noir this parody will make a perfect christmas greeting and gift – Le Chat Noel.
Le Chat Noir – French for “The Black Cat”) was a 19th-century cabaret, meaning entertainment house, in the bohemian Montmartre district of Paris. Le Chat Noir is thought to be the first modern cabaret: a nightclub where the patrons sat at tables and drank alcoholic beverages while being entertained by a variety show on stage, introduced by a master of ceremonies who interacted with people he knew at the tables. Perhaps best known now by its iconic Théophile-Alexandre Steinlen poster art, in its heyday it was a bustling nightclub that was part artist salon, part rowdy music hall. The cabaret published its own humorous journal Le Chat Noir, which survived until 1895.

Sold 4 greeting cards of Happy Halloween

The skull is a bony structure in the head of many animals that supports the structures of the face and forms a protective cavity for the brain. The skull is composed of two parts: the cranium and the mandible. A skull without a mandible is only a cranium. Animals that have skulls are called craniates. The skull is a part of the skeleton.
Functions of the skull include protection of the brain, fixing the distance between the eyes to allow stereoscopic vision, and fixing the position of the ears to help the brain use auditory cues to judge direction and distance of sounds. In some animals, the skull also has a defensive function (e.g. horned ungulates); the frontal bone is where horns are mounted.
The English word “skull” is probably derived from Old Norse “skalli” meaning bald, while the Latin word cranium comes from the Greek root kranion.
The skull is made of a number of fused flat bones.

Sold 4 greeting cards of Opening Champagne
Grape-Shot with their permission. English magazine illustration of a lady riding off on a popping champagne cork, 1904 vintage.

Sold 4 greeting cards of The Good Wife Guide
The Good Wife’s Guide is a magazine article rumored to have been published in the May 13, 1955 issue of Housekeeping Monthly, describing how a “good wife” should act. The text and supposed scan of the article have been widely circulated via email. Lack of corroborating evidence has cast significant doubt on its origins.
The article intends to represent an attitude of gender inequality that many no longer accept.

Sold 1 sticker of Equality

Sold 1 greeting card of Blue Burlesque
Burlesque refers to performances in a variety show format. These were popular from the 1860s to the 1940s, often in cabarets and clubs, as well as theatres, and featured bawdy comedy and female striptease. Some Hollywood films attempted to recreate the spirit of these performances from the 1930s to the 1960s, or included burlesque-style scenes within dramatic films, such as 1972’s Cabaret and 1979’s All That Jazz, among others. There has been a resurgence of interest in this format since the 1990s.

Sold 2 t-shirts of Golden Daffodils
“For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.”
William Wordsworth

The flower symbolism associated with the narcissus is normality, stay sweet, self-esteem and vanity. The name narcissus is derived from that of the youth of Greek mythology called Narcissus, who became so obsessed with his own reflection as he kneeled and gazed into a pool of water that he fell into the water and drowned. The legend continues that the narcissus plant first sprang from where he died. The Latin form is derived from the Greek Narkissos, possibly meaning "numbness; sleep.
